APPG 2010 COUNSELING CASE IN SUPREME COURT

Students filed a case at the supreme court against NTR UHS as there were discrepancies in the way counseling was conducted in the first phase..72 seats of OU region were lost to AU and SVU candidates out of which 66 were clinical branches,as univ has argued in the high court its inability to conduct 1st counseling again it has offered 42 seats which are all non clinical.High court has given judgment that university has violated rules,but since it has no time,it cant ask to extend counseling.Students approached supreme court to challenge this.Hearing is today.
